Title: king of the south
Post by: newbie on August 30, 2014, 08:33:48 PM
Daniel 11:25...  for some time now have believed that Islam is the king of the south being seated in Mecca their migration place ...  and all their territories in northern africa along with the mid eastern states as well... their bible says they are to destroy christians and their targets have been the west in the past but rome claims to be christian so there has to be a confrontation there at some point... I was just surprised it would happen so quickly.... we are closer than you think...
according to scripture, there will be a confrontation between the k of the n and the k of the s.

check this out...  this is only one of many documents on the topic

I wonder if this is a false show of antagonism between the Pope and Islam to keep attention off of the battle to neutralize the 3 Angel's messages.  I could be wrong, but when the time comes and the chips are down, Islam and the RCC will not be enemies. Islam will cooperate with the KON along with the rest of the world, with the exception of one stubborn little group.  Like I said, I could be wrong.   :-)

I would only expect the papacy to look antagonistic to public enemy #1 up until this enemy "is converted" and comes in under Babylon's umbrella. It would appear to me that Satan is creating an attitude and a spot to place this small stubborn company. Al-Qaida /Isis is anti American, anti pope, anti Christian establishment, radical, right, conservative, extremist. Have you heard any of those last four descriptions lately coming from within ? Guess who with a few twists and turns  will be made to look like the new Al-Qaida/ Isis with a strange diet and anti WO. I certainly could be wrong but I expect to see some type of aggressive behavior out of someone in guess what church ? just like Koresh to help bring on a bunch of bad press. Imagine a suit case  exploding at some public activity killing some people and when they search out who the culprit is or who they lay blame on it happens to be associated with this small group of people. There will likely be total inventions presented by the news as well to make God's people look evil and evil people look good. Isis is really not the papal enemy but her tool. Her real enemy does not kill people. However, they very much inform inquiring minds and draw away from her.

The papacy looks like the good guy. Islam and particularly Isis looks like the bad guy. Then Islam largely converts to the new religion and becomes a good guy and leaves a vacuum for the little group who are viewed as the new bad guys perhaps along with some stubborn Isis remnants and other profligates.

I agree that behind the scenes these are linked.  But many of the members of the king of the south do not know it and the world does not know it yet.  One worships on Friday and the other one Sunday.  After the confrontation, as Daniel 11 says, the king of the north will win out and those that remain of the kind of the south will join forces.  when they join forces they will all be worshiping on Sunday.  Then, as cp says, they will come after the peculiar people that worship on Saturday spreading the 3 angel's message.

on a side note... seems to me that those that are supposed to spread the 3 angel's message are just promoting the first angel's message and not saying anything about the 2nd and 3rd.  What has been your experience watching and listening?

My experience has been that there is relatively little of the spreading of even the First angel's message in most circles .  Add to that  almost a loathing to admit that sit stops for the faithful. If we are not proclaiming that judgment begins at the house of God we are not giving the First Angel's Message.

I have not listened to a professional evangelist for a few years but I know Doug Bachelor, Kenneth Cox,  Lyle Albright and John Carter used to preach the straight stuff.
